NOTES:

  • The spout is chrome plated plastic.
  • The bottom & lid are both ceramic & made at HLC.
  • The lid may look like the covered casserole lid but it is a different size.
  • When the dispenser was released it was an exclusive to Dillard’s. In May 2014 it was released to the general retailers nationwide.

NOTES:

  • The canisters are actually produced at Hall China in East Liverpool, Ohio. The canisters do have the Fiesta® incised logo on the base. The lid has a rubber seal which helps keep it air tight.
  • The canisters were introduced as an exclusive to Betty Crocker® when they were first produced.
  • HLC announced in November, 2013 that these items would not be available in White, Black & Plum.

Fiesta® Clock

NOTES:

  • When the clocks were introduced in 1993, they were sold through JC Penney’s.  They were taken out of production for a period of time & reintroduced in 1996 for general release.
  • You will notice that some of the clock plates / faces are more concave like a plate. Most of the clock plates I have seen & sold where flat.  So I’m thinking that in 1996 the clock was redesigned to a flat face.  However, I have not found this as written fact yet.
  • Approx. 200 Chartreuse clocks were produced in error due to JC Penny & HLC computers talking to each other.  You can read the full story in Terri Polick’s book “Modern Fiesta®
    1986-Present”.
  • Juniper clocks were sold exclusively through JC Penney’s.Fiesta®Clock Plate Blanks
  • Blank clock plates (like shown above) were sold via HLC retail outlet store.  You will find were people have made after market tidbit trays with these.

Fiesta® Teapot Lamps

  • These were not actually part of the Fiesta® line.  They were sold as an exclusive to Linen & Things with colored cotton lamp shades.
  • A Raspberry glazed lamp is known to exist in the HLC art department.
  • A Lilac glazed lamp is rumored to exist.

  • Other lamps were sold via Kathy Lynne Collectibles & Cuthbertson Imports, Inc.
    Kathy Lynne made lamps from carafes & 2 cup teapots.  She also made an adorable “Udderly Fiesta® lamp shade to go with her lamps.  Click on the link to see samples of Kathy’s lamps.

  • The decal on the yellow signs had three color variations.
  • You can still purchase these through China Specialties.

  • Lapis boxes were first available for sale at HLC’s factory retail outlet store in April, 2014 in very limited quantities.  However, Belk’s added Lapis to their color line up mid July / early August 2016.
  • Poppy boxes were first sold during a 2015 HLC’s factory tent sale in very limited quantities.  However, Belk’s added Poppy to their color line up mid year 2016.
  • Turquoise boxes were added to the color lineup in mid 2016.

  • This item was slightly redesigned in 2006 & is being produced at Hall China in East Liverpool, Ohio for HLC. The crocks produced at Hall China do have the Fiesta® embossed mark on the bottom.
  • In the above right photo you will see the difference in the design. The older versions on the left, (which were produced at HLC) were lighter in weight & at the base of the crock there was a small lip or ridge. The redesigned & current version crock is shown on the right.
  • Judi Noble (HLC’s Art Director) designed the original crock.

Fiesta® Large Tool Crock in Tangerine

Betty Crocker® sold these.  It is actually the base to the large canister.  These were never sold by any other retailer or produced as tool crocks.
