Fiesta® Bud Vases Group
Bud Vase – no longer in production to general retailers
Holds 4-3/4 oz – Measures 6-3/16″ height x 2-15/16″ diameter

Produced in all colors EXCEPT Sapphire & Foundry.
NOTES:  

  • Juniper bud vases were sold exclusively through Elder-Beerman stores.
  • Lilac bud vases were sold exclusively through China Specialties& Table Top Direct.
  • Chartreuse bud vases were sold exclusively through the HP Johnson Co., to independent retailers.
  • Sapphire bud vases are known to exist.  Candy Fagerlin showcases some of these NOP items on her blog, “The Little Round Table”.  Click here to view.
  • Even though HLC discontinued this item, they sold limited quantities of this piece in the following colors, Flamingo, Lapis, Poppy, Slate, Sage & Claret through HLC’s factory retail stores & website.
  •  1 Blue Crystalline & 1 Brown Crystalline glazed bud vase was donated for the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association 2001 auction. Click here to see a photo of coffee servers & carafe done in this glaze.
  • The original production number for the bud vase was 0782.  It was later changed to 0490.  Click here to see an example of an original production sticker.

  • When Chartreuse/Pearl Gray was introduced, HLC added the “H” to the mold so that the Post 86 vases would not get confused with vintage colors. Click here to view a picture.

Fiesta® Medium Vases Group
Medium 10″ Vase
Holds 34 oz – Measures 9-5/8″ height x 4-7/8″ diameter

Produced in all colors.
NOTES:  

  • Juniper medium vases were sold exclusively through the chain of May Dept stores.
  • Sapphire medium vases were originally sold exclusively through Bloomingdale’s.  However, Dishes Delmar brought out the entire production of vases from Bloomingdale’s.
  • An “H” can be seen on the base of the vases produced from the Chartreuse / Pearl Gray era (1999) & later.  This was done to distinguish between vintage & post 86 colors.  Click here to see an example of the medium vase back stamps.
  • The original production number for the medium vase was 0783.  It was later changed to 0491.  Click here to see an example of an original production sticker.
  • 2 Blue Crystalline & 2 Brown Crystalline glazed medium vases were donated for the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association 2001 auction.  Click here to see a photo of coffee servers & carafe done in this glaze.
  • HLC announced in November, 2013 that this item would not be available in White, Black or Plum.


Fiesta® Millennium I Vases in Periwinkle & Pearl Gray

NOTES:

  • Sold exclusively at Bloomingdale’s.  1000 of each color was produced, however, 2nd’s were sold via HLC’s retail outlet, so there are actually many more than the advertised 1000.

  • 24 Black Millennium I vases were donated to the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association auction in June 1999.
  • 24 Tangerine Millennium I vases were donated to the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association auction in June 2004.
  • 12 Lapis Millennium I vases were donated to the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association auction in June 2014.

  • Sold exclusively at Federated Stores (Macy’s), however, 2nd’s were sold via HLC’s retail outlet.
  • A Millennium II Vase glazed in Chartreuse on the outside & glazed Rose on the inside was auctioned off at the HLCCA 2011 Conference.

Fiesta® Millennium III Vases in Turquoise & Yellow

Fiesta® Pyramid candleholders
Pyramid Candleholders – no longer in production to general retailers

NOTES:

  • You can tell the difference between vintage & post 86 pyramids by looking at their base. Vintage will be totally glazed, including the inside of the candleholder & have sager marks.  Post 86 will not be glazed inside, won’t have sager marks & since the introduction of Chartreuse a small raised “H” was added to distinguish from post 86 from vintage.   • The original production number for the pyramids was 0764.  It was later changed to 0489.
  • 24 Scarlet Pyramid sets were donated to the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association auction in June 2005.   Click here to see the base. One set of unnumbered are known to exist & are on display at HLC’s museum.
  • Sapphire pyramids are known to exist.
  • 1000 Lilac pyramids were made by HLC as an exclusive to Bloomingdale’s for their “Fiesta Retrospective” event held at the 59th Street store in Manhattan, NY in 1995.
  • Raspberry pyramids are known to exist. You can view these beautiful pyramids at The Little Round Tables blog.
  • Starting in 2008 HLC started numbering the pyramids in gold on the base of the holder.  Click here to see an example.
  • HLC has continued to produce the pyramids as noted below.
  • Peacock – 500 pair – sold by Everything Fiesta® – unnumbered
  • Heather – 500 pair – sold by Everything Fiesta® – unnumbered – 2nd’s sold at HLC outlet store.
  • Tangerine – 500 pair – sold by Everything Fiesta® & HLC outlet store – unnumbered – 2nd’s were sold at HLC’s factory outlet store in their seconds room.
  • Ivory – 250 pair – numbered – unnumbered are known to exist.
  • Chocolate – 250 pair – numbered
  • Lemongrass – 250 pair – numbered
  • Marigold – 500 pair – numbered
  • Paprika – 300 pair – numbered
  • Flamingo – 500 pair – numbered – unnumbered are known to exist.

  • Chartreuse round candleholders were sold exclusively through JC Penney’s. HLC drop shipped these for Penney’s & the HLC item number was 0824117P.
  • Juniper round candleholders were sold exclusively through Dillard stores.
  • The original production number for the bulb candleholder was 0762.  It was later changed to 0488.
