For me, this project over the past few years, has been a labor of love. It was also great therapy at times. It has taken me much longer than I had planned to get it launched, however I couldn’t have done it without the continued encouragement from my loving husband & some very supportive friends. You know who you are & I can’t thank you enough for your support.
I would like to dedicate this guide to some very special ladies I was honored to know. They were mentors to many of us and in their own special ways, icons in the dish community. They had such great enthusiasm about their dishes that you couldn’t help but not get excited right along with them. It was our mutual love for Fiesta® that brought us together. They all battled their illnesses with class & style. They always had a positive attitude about life, no matter what adversity was thrown at them. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have known them and humbled to have been their friend.
